This website is a resource for teachers in Western Massachusetts and beyond who would like to learn more about the most effective ways to integrate ELL instruction into the classroom. The ELL Leadership Initiative is a series of programs for teachers who desire to become leaders in their school districts in designing and sharing best practices in education for students of all languages, cultures and backgrounds.
The initiative is funded through the National Writing Project.
