Engaging in Conversation: the WMWP-Project Outreach Connection
Dawn, Bonnie and Momodou were the featured speakers at a recent WMWP Executive Board meeting and they led the WMWP leadership team in a series of activities and discussions that will begin the journey to integrating the ideals of Project Outreach into the threads of the WMWP organization.
At the heart of the discussions was the question:
Listen in as the participants engage in a conversation about Project Outreach and our own perceptions of the Western Massachusetts Writing Project organization.
First, Dawn set the stage with an introduction to the session, while Momodou gave some highlights of the work of Project Outreach so far, and then Bonnie led the group in a few writing activities. Three groups were formed to discuss the equation up above and you can listen in to one of the groups pondering the issue. Finally, the three groups shared out some of their thoughts to everyone else.
