Playing with Clay at Camp

WMWP partnered up with Smith Vocational Agricultural High School again this summer to offer a Claymation Movie Camp. There were 15 middle school students working with stop-motion animation over the course of four days and they created numerous movies.

Entering the Web 2.0 World

WMWP Technology Liaison Kevin Hodgson delivered a keynote address to the Hudson Valley Writing Project around the topic of using the tools of the Web 2.0 world in the classroom. Claymation Animation Camp

This summer, the Western Massachusetts Writing Project has partnered up with Smith Vocational Agricultural High School to offer a Claymation Animation Movie Camp for middle school students.

WMWP Technology Liaison Kevin Hodgson and Smith Voke Curriculum Coordinator Leslie Skantz-Hodgson are teaching two, four-day sessions in which students are investigating various software tools for creating animation movies.

Claymation Animation Summer Camp

The Western Massachusetts Writing Project is making a foray into the world of digital storytelling this summer by offering a claymation movie camp in conjunction with Smith Vocational Agricultural High School.
The camp is geared towards students entering grades five through eight.
